An eligible quick task is a task (as defined below) that can be completed in 30 minutes or less:

  • Update of existing content, such as: copy, images, online form, product or service, navigation menu
  • Update of styling, such as: colors, fonts, text size
  • Addition of new content to existing pages, such as: copy, image, product or service
  • New page or new online forms not included
  • New features or functionality not included
  • Installation and configuration of new plugins not included

Yes, for support beyond your quick task allowance or outside your care plan, you may submit a Support Request and schedule VIP Support.

Unused quick tasks do not roll over to the next month. I encourage taking advantage of your available quick tasks each month to ensure you get the most out of your plan.

Yes, because managing your hosting allows me the utmost efficiency in accessing, monitoring and supporting your website. For this reason, having your website hosted by my preferred hosting company is a requirement to enroll in any KDex Design website care plan.

There is no additional cost for transferring your website to Lyrical Host. Nor is there an additional cost for the hosting itself. It is included in the monthly price for each website care plan.

Yes, you will need to sign a Website Care Plan Agreement, which you will have an opportunity to review at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your plan at any time by notifying me via email. No prorated refunds will be given and service will continue through the end of the month in which the cancellation is made.

You must acquire new hosting and arrange for your new host to transer your site within 5 business days of cancellation.

After cancellation, you will be responsible for any and all maintenance of your website, including:

  • Keeping your website platform and plugins up-to-date at all times so that you are not left vulnerable to attacks.
  • Creating regular backups of your website so that your website can be completely restored should any problems arise.
  • Performing regular malware scans and cleaning up any detected malware immediately so that your website stays up and running at all times.

Note: Your Website Owner’s Manual contains helpful information such as a recommended maintenance schedule, recommended maintenance tools, along with tips and advice for troubleshooting issues.
